Fiber Muffin Recipe

6 packages Fiber

1 3/4 cup Whole Wheat flour

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients together.

ADD:

1/3 cup honey

1 cup applesauce- the kind without sugar added

2 egg whites

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup soy milk- can substitute milk

Stir this into the dry ingredients and blend together.

FOLD IN 1 large chopped apple. Spoon into muffin tin sprayed with non-stick spray. This makes 12 muffins, and you may pile the batter up as they do not raise much.

Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.

Cool muffins.

Place 6 muffins in bag and freeze for the last 3 days of your Herbal Cleanse.

Eat 2 muffins a day for the first three days and 2 muffins a day for the last 3 days.

Hot cocoa use Post Workout Recovery, 1 scoop in hot water.

Add almond flavoring, cinnamon or pumpkin spice and a perhaps a dash of cardamom. Add a little stevia for added sweetness and It rocks!

Doubly Nutritious Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 (19.85 oz.) package chocolate chip cookie mix

1 (2.08 oz.) package AdvoCare Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake powder

1 egg

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 cup water

Combine cookie mix and shake powder in bowl. Stir to blend. Add egg, oil and water. Beat well. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on cookie mix package. Makes 36 cookies. Strawberry Peanut butter smoothie

3/4 cup frozen strawberries

½ c. crushed ice

1 cup water

2 tsp. natural peanut butter

2 scoops AdvoCare Vanilla Muscle Gain*

1 tsp vanilla extract

Blend together in a magic bullet blender and enjoy!

Balanced cheesecake

16 ounces fat free cream cheese

16 ounces light whipped cream cheese

1 cup Splenda

2 large eggs

1 egg white

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup fat free sour cream

1 tablespoon cornstarch

4 scoops vanilla Muscle Gain*

For fun Orange Spark* would be yummy for variety, or Citrus Rehydrate*

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly spray 9 inch spring form pan with non stick spray.

In a large bowl beat together cream cheese and Splenda until light. Add the eggs and egg white. Beat thoroughly after each egg. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Add the cornstarch and muscle gain, mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan. Place a pan with 1 inch of hot water on the bottom rack of the oven. Bake the cake at 325 for 45 minutes on

the center rack. Use a timer to keep track. Turn off the oven without opening it and let it cool for 1 hour. Let it completely cool before handling it. It’s normal for it to crack a bit.

Serve with fresh berries.

Spark-A-Rita

This is how we do it:

16 oz. Margarita mix

8 oz. Squirt

3 pkts of SPARK (citrus) pick your fav.

…Ice if you want

with or with out liquor.

Amaretto Cherry Vanilla Shake

Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake

1/2 cup frozen cherries,

splash of almond extract.

Mandarin Orange Spark Fruit Dip

1-8oz brick of 1/3 less Fat Cream Cheese Softened

1-Tub fat free cool whip

2 scoops of Mandarin Orange Spark

2 Scoops of Vanilla Muscle Gain

Fold together the cream cheese & fat free cool whip. Add the Mandarin Orange Spark & Vanilla Muscle Gain. Fold together and chill for 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit pieces of your choice.

Berry Slimming Shake:

1 Packet (or 2 scoops) of vanilla *Muscle Gain

1/4 cup of *Pure Cranberry Juice

1 dash of Splenda or Stevia

1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

…1tbs flaxseed oil

add water until all the ingredients are subbmerged (no ice is necessary-frozen fruit is enough)

Combine all ingredients & blend to the desired consistency. Shake will be thick, just add more water if you’d like it a little thinner

HOT SPARK PUNCH

½ GALLON CRANBERRY LIGHT COCKTAIL JUICE

1 QT. WATER

3 CINNAMON STICKS

8-10 WHOLE CLOVES

1 SLICE ORANGE

4 FRUIT FLAVORED TEA BAGS (EXAMPLE…RASBERRY)

SIMMER ON LOW FOR ABOUT AN HOUR

Take out the tea bags, cinnamon and whole cloves Before serving mix ½ gallon of water with 6-8 scoops of Mandarian Orange Spark then add to the hot cranberry brew.

This is about taste…..add more water if needed.

Snack Time: Peanut Butter Vanilla Apple Dip
(Makes enough for one person)
1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 scoop Vanilla Muscle Gain
1 Tablespoon water (more if you like your dip runnier)
Stir all ingredients together and enjoy with slices of one small apple.
